A progressive public sector organization invites applications from Pakistani nationals for the following positions on a contract basis under Advertisement No. 01/2026.

Application procedure: Apply online through www.techandresearch.com by 15 November 2026. Candidates may apply for only one station: Islamabad or Karachi.
Academic eligibility: Where the prescribed qualification requires first division in the final degree, only one second division, with at least 50% marks, is acceptable throughout the academic career from Matric onward. No third division is allowed in the entire academic career. First class / first division means a CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 under the semester system or at least 60% marks under the annual examination system.
Required degrees must be obtained from institutions recognized by HEC, PEC, a Board of Technical Education or the government, as applicable. Candidates with O-Level / A-Level qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC). Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate showing the division, percentage or CGPA. Required degrees and experience must be completed by the closing date.
Age limit: Candidates must be 18 to 35 years old as of 15 November 2026. Upper-age relaxation for government servants and ex-servicemen will be granted in accordance with the rules.
Candidates serving in government, semi-government or autonomous bodies must have a No Objection Certificate at the time of the test and interview. Meeting the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If a large number of applicants meet the criteria, only the most qualified and experienced candidates will be shortlisted.
Every column of the online application form must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Any incorrect or false entry will result in cancellation of the candidate's induction process at any stage. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
