Central Prison Mirpurkhas Final Duty Resumption Notice for Khurram Gulzar

The Office of the Senior Superintendent/Officer Incharge, Central Prison & Correctional Facility Mirpurkhas, has issued a final notice for resumption of duty to Junior Prison Officer (JPO)/Prison Constable Khurram Gulzar, son of Muhammad Ramzan. The notice bears reference No. (HR)/10769 of 2026, dated 28 October 2026.

Khurram Gulzar has remained absent from duty since 2 September 2026 without submitting an application or obtaining prior permission from the competent authority. One show-cause notice previously served concerning his absence remains pending for decision.

He is directed to resume his duties within seven days of publication of this notice. Failure to comply will result in appropriate disciplinary action under the Sindh Prisons & Corrections Act, 2019, which may include removal from service.

A show-cause notice, final show-cause notice and final notice for a personal hearing have already been dispatched to his residential addresses through the postal service. Despite these notices, he has failed to report for duty or provide a satisfactory explanation for his unauthorized absence. This final notice is issued for his information and necessary compliance.
