Punjab Mines and Minerals Department Mineral Contract E-Auction Notice

The Directorate General of Mines and Minerals, Punjab, invites participation in the auction of mineral contracts through the Punjab e-auction system. The notice covers multiple contracts and provides successive auction rounds through the relevant district offices.

Applicants must complete the required registration and eligibility procedures before participating. The registration fee is Rs. 100,000. Participation is subject to the applicable mining rules and conditions governing small-scale mining, large-scale mining and minor minerals.

Registration and auction participation are conducted through the Punjab e-auction portal at eauction.punjab.gov.pk. Participants must comply with the prescribed security deposit, bidding, payment and contract requirements.

The Directorate General of Mines and Minerals, Punjab, administers the auction and the subsequent award of contracts under the stated terms and conditions.
