Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited Jobs for Heads of Claims, Retrocession and Risk Management

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for three management positions offering a market-competitive salary package. Candidates must meet the qualification, experience and age requirements.

Qualifications and experience for Head of Claims and Head of Retrocession: Applicants must hold either an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six years of experience in general insurance or reinsurance companies, takaful operators, or insurance or reinsurance brokers; or a master's or bachelor's degree comprising 16 years of education in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Commerce, Economics or Finance from an HEC-recognized university, or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Diploma (CII), with at least eight years of experience in general insurance or reinsurance companies, takaful operators, or insurance or reinsurance brokers. Under either route, preference will be given to candidates with experience in reinsurance or retakaful placements, underwriting or claims.

Qualifications and experience for Head of Risk Management: Applicants must hold either an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six years of experience in general insurance companies or takaful operators, including at least three years in the Risk Management Department; or a master's or bachelor's degree comprising 16 years of education in Insurance and Risk Management, Commerce or Finance from an HEC-recognized university, or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Diploma (CII), with at least eight years of experience in general insurance companies or takaful operators, including at least four years in the Risk Management Department.

Applicants for Head of Retrocession and Head of Risk Management, serial Nos. 2 and 3, must register and submit their applications through the OTS website at www.ots.org.pk.
