SBP Banking Services Corporation Karachi E-Bids for Lift Management and Cleansing Materials

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC), Engineering Department, Head Office Karachi, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders through EPADS v2.0 for the following procurements. Reference: ED/PROC-HOK/1244909/2026.

The Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will apply to Tenders 343 and 344, while the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure will apply to Tender 345, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is required to participate. Vendors who have not registered on the new version may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.

Each bid must be accompanied by the applicable bid security. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded to EPADS when submitting the bid. The original bid security must reach the Engineering Department, Procurement Division, 1st Floor, SBP-BSC Bolton Market Building, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi, before the bid opening deadline. Bids must be prepared according to the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the respective deadlines. Bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the scheduled dates and times. Manual bids will not be accepted. If a bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
