Expression of Interest for Construction and Leasing of a University Campus in Lahore

A reputable educational network in Pakistan invites expressions of interest from financially sound individuals, companies, firms, consortia and other interested entities to construct a purpose-built university campus in a prime location in Lahore for subsequent leasing to the organization.

The campus must be developed on land measuring at least 5 acres, with a minimum covered area of 150,000 square feet. The land must be owned or arranged by the interested entity. Rental terms and the lease tenure will be mutually agreed.

The chartered university is targeted for launch by the end of 2027, subject to regulatory clearances.
