PHA Sargodha Lok Mela 2026 Sponsorship and Advertising Rights Auction

The Parks and Horticulture Agency (PHA), Sargodha, invites expressions of interest for sponsorship and advertising rights associated with PHA Lok Mela 2026. The festival is scheduled from 1 to 11 December 2026.

The successful bidder will receive advertising rights within PHA Sargodha's jurisdiction for 15 days and will sponsor activities at the festival venue, including the food court, musical nights and other scheduled events. The successful firm must sponsor the programmes arranged by PHA for the festival and fulfil its sponsorship commitments for their organisation.

The detailed festival programme, bidding documents and terms and conditions may be obtained from the PHA Sargodha office during office hours.

Bidders must submit a security deposit of PKR 200,000 through a bank draft in favour of the Director General, PHA Sargodha, to the undersigned before 11:00 a.m. on 11 November 2026.

PHA reserves the right to reject all bids at any stage without assigning a reason and to reduce or cancel festival events. The sponsor must comply fully with the Government of Punjab's current and subsequently applicable standard operating procedures. Other conditions in the bidding documents will also apply.

PHA may cancel festival activities wholly or partly at any time, and its decision cannot be challenged before any forum.
