IBA Karachi Tenders for Convocation Catering and DSA Office Fit-Out Works

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, invites electronic bids through SPPRA EPADS from active taxpayers, including manufacturers, firms, companies and suppliers registered with EPADS and the relevant tax authorities.

Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the Office of the Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi, on working days from Monday to Friday. Documents may also be downloaded from the IBA website and SPPRA EPADS.

The tender-fee challan must be generated through the IBA website at https://www.iba.edu.pk/tenders.php and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited. Bidders must submit duly signed and stamped bids, a copy of the payment challan and all supporting documents electronically through https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk.

The original bid security, duly signed and stamped, must reach IBA Karachi before the applicable submission deadline. Bid security must be furnished as a pay order or demand draft in favour of IBA Karachi. A bidder’s representative attending the bid opening must carry an authorization letter.

IBA Karachi reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010. Only electronic bids with supporting documents will be accepted. If there is a discrepancy between the uploaded bid and manually submitted material, the bid submitted through EPADS will be considered valid for evaluation.
