PRCL Vendor Prequalification for Maintenance and Repair Services 2026

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from eligible and experienced firms for prequalification as service providers under three-year Open Framework Agreements. Tender reference: PRC/PROC/SERVICES/2026.

Bidding is open to all potential bidders and will be conducted under Rule 30 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, together with applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) version 2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Log in, select EPADS > Active Framework Agreements, and search for the framework reference number of the relevant service category.

Interested firms may apply for one or more categories. A separate bid must be submitted against the framework reference number for each category applied for.

Submission deadline: Thursday, 12 November 2026, at 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS version 2.0. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
