The High Court of Sindh at Karachi has issued a proclamation of sale in Execution No. 28 of 2022, Meezan Bank Limited versus M/s AH Grains & Others. Pursuant to the court order dated April 15, 2025, the industrial property and machinery below will be offered for auction.
The property comprises Industrial Plot No. FQ-01, measuring 2 acres, situated in the Eastern Industrial Zone, Port Qasim, Karachi, together with the following plant and machinery:

The auction will take place on December 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Nazir Office. The minimum reserve price for the first sale is Rs. 260,357,400, equivalent to twenty-six crore, three lakh, fifty-seven thousand and four hundred rupees.
Only the rights, title and interests of the judgment debtors, Mr. Akash Kumar, son of Daya Ram, and Mr. Nand Lal, son of Daya Ram, will be sold. Purchasers must satisfy themselves regarding the property.
The original title documents are available at the Nazir Office. Prospective purchasers may inspect the property and its title documents by appearing at the Nazir Office on December 1, 2026, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
