Nishat Chunian Power Limited Credits 10% Final Cash Dividend for FY 2026

Nishat Chunian Power Limited has credited its final cash dividend of 10%, equivalent to Rs. 1 per share, for the year ended June 30, 2026. The dividend was approved by shareholders at their meeting held on October 23, 2026, and credited on November 2, 2026, through electronic transfer directly into the designated bank accounts of shareholders who provided a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), International Bank Account Number (IBAN), and complete bank details.

Dividends have been withheld for shareholders who have not provided a valid CNIC and/or bank account details including IBAN, or whose bank account details are incorrect or incomplete. These shareholders are requested to contact the company’s share registrar and provide the required details.
