PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society Karachi Voter List Document Submission Notice 2026

The Government of Sindh, Office of the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies-III, Karachi, and the Administrator of PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited invite members to submit membership documents for inclusion in the voter list for the society’s upcoming 2026–2027 elections.

Notice No. ARCS-III/KYC/(PCSIRCHS)/438/2026, dated 30 October 2026, follows the directions of the Special Cooperative Court in Society Suit No. 277 of 2026 and instructions issued by the Secretary through a letter dated 25 August 2026.

Members must submit an application for inclusion of their names in the voter list, together with colour photocopies of the following documents:

Members must also bring their original documents for verification. Originals will be returned immediately after verification.

Submit documents to the Administrator, PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited, at the Office of the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies-III, Mezzanine Floor, Noman Arcade, near Mashriq Centre, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

The society currently has no active registered office functioning under Section 25 of the Sindh Cooperative Societies Act 2020. The above address will serve as its temporary office until the society’s elections are held.

The sale, transfer or mutation of the society’s land, plots or units is strictly prohibited without the society’s No Objection Certificate (NOC).
