FBR Regional Tax Office-I Karachi Tender Corrigendum for Supplies and Maintenance Services

The Office of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office-I, Karachi, Federal Board of Revenue, invites reputed companies and firms to provide supplies and services for financial year 2026–2027 at its office on Shahrah-e-Kamal Ataturk, Karachi. This tender corrigendum, reference No. ACCOUNTS/CCIR/RTO-I/2026-2027/4085, is dated 30 October 2026.

Participating firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and the Sindh Revenue Board and have Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Procurement will follow the single-stage, single-envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).

Tender forms, assignment details, terms and conditions may be obtained or downloaded from the PPRA official website. Rates must be quoted separately for each serial item according to the tender documents. GST, where applicable, and income tax withholding will apply at the prescribed rates.

Firms must submit their rates online through the EPADS 2.0 e-procurement portal. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) 2.0 portal. Interested bidders must register on EPADS 2.0 to participate in the bidding process.

Electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS on or before 12 November 2026. The bidding committee will open the tenders on 12 November 2026 at 12:00 p.m. in the conference room on the first floor of Income Tax House, Karachi, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Bids without bid security will not be accepted. Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders, while successful bidders' bid security will be converted into a security deposit. The competent authority may reject any or all proposals at any time before acceptance, in accordance with PPRA Rules.
