SAMIS Project Lahore E-Bids for AMIS Website Modernization and MSSQL Server 2025

The Project Director, SAMIS Project, Directorate of Agriculture (Economics & Marketing), Punjab, invites electronic bids for software procurement under the ADP project “Strengthening Agricultural Marketing Information Service (SAMIS) Project.” Funding has been earmarked under Purchase Software (A09202), with part of the budget allocated to eligible payments for the following items.

Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS), approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), together with all amendments. Bidders must be registered with PEPS and submit their electronic bids using the “PDF Upload method.”

Interested bidders may download the bidding documents through PEPS or from https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk without paying a tender fee. Documents should be obtained well before the submission deadline.

Complete bids, accompanied by the required documents, must be submitted through PEPS by 30 November at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Agriculture (Economics & Marketing), Punjab, 21 Davis Road, Lahore. Bidders or their authorized representatives holding valid authority letters may attend.

Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through PEPS. Physical financial instruments, including Call Deposit Receipts (CDR), Pay Orders (PO), and Bank Guarantees (BG), will not be accepted. Only bid securities submitted electronically through registered PEPS will be considered valid.

Procurement will follow the Open Competitive Bidding Method using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Active tenders are available at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx. The response period will be calculated from the date the advertisement is published on the Authority’s website. If the opening date falls on a government-declared public holiday or another non-working day, electronic bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
