Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Expressions of Interest from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to develop and operate a fuel station at a prime 5-kanal site on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). Key commercial terms: Monthly reserved rent Rs. 10 million and upfront land utilization payment Rs. 600 million as per DHA terms.
Interested OMCs should submit an EOI with company profile, relevant fuel-station experience, financial capability and proposed concept.
