FGEHA Final Notice: Allottees of Bara Kahu Green Enclave-I Must Pay Prescribed Down Payment

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (Ministry of Housing & Works) issues a final public notice to the allottees of the Bara Kahu housing scheme — Green Enclave-I who were earlier issued consent letters. A list of named allottees is published and those allottees are required to deposit the prescribed down payment and submit the application and required documents for issuance of the POL.

Despite prior reminders, no response has been received. The listed allottees are given seven (07) days from the date of publication to complete the payment and documentation; failure to comply will result in cancellation of the allotment.
