The Court of the 3rd Senior Civil Judge, Karachi Central, has issued a public auction notice under Order XXI, Rule 66, in connection with Civil Case No. 1083 of 2024.

The auction will take place on 19 November 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Court of the 3rd Senior Civil Judge, Karachi Central.

The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the purchase price immediately and pay the remaining amount within 15 days. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the deposit and a fresh auction of the property.

The notice was issued on 4 November 2026 by order of the Court.
