Arif Habib Corporation Limited Final Cash Dividend Notice for 2026

Arif Habib Corporation Limited has credited the final cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2026 electronically to the designated bank accounts of entitled shareholders on 4 November 2026. The dividend is 125% of the face value of Re. 1 per share, equivalent to Rs. 1.25 per share, and was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2026.

Dividend payments to shareholders who have not provided a valid IBAN have been withheld in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.

Members who have not received their dividend should contact the company directly or its Share Registrar, CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, at CDC House, 99-B, Block-B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Claims for withheld dividends may also be filed with the Share Registrar, and members must include their IBAN when filing a claim.
