Tando Muhammad Khan Agricultural Land Auction for Five-Year Licence

The Office of the Additional District Judge-II, Tando Muhammad Khan, invites public auction/open bids for a five-year licence of agricultural land measuring 149-13 acres, including 46-00 acres of mature banana crop. The land is situated in Deh Rain Diyal Wasan Tapo, Additional Shaikh Bhirkio, Taluka Tando Muhammad Khan.

Auction date and venue: 21 November 2026 at 12:30 PM in the courtroom of the undersigned. Proceedings will take place before a committee comprising the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Tando Muhammad Khan, and the Senior Civil Judge-I, Tando Muhammad Khan.

Bid Amount and Security Deposit

The initial annual bid value is fixed at Rs. 1,61,49,625. Before bidding begins, each participant must deposit security equal to 10% of the initial bid value, amounting to Rs. 16,14,962, through a pay order in the name of the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Tando Muhammad Khan. Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after 15 days from the completion of bidding proceedings.

The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the total bid amount, including the 10% security already deposited, on the next working day during banking hours. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the highest bid and forfeiture of the security deposit without notice. Subject to committee approval, the next highest bid may then be accepted, provided it is at least equal to the initial bid value. The succeeding successful bidder will assume all responsibilities, duties, liabilities, terms and conditions applicable to the original highest bidder.

Possession of the entire 149-13 acres will be handed over to the successful bidder after confirmation of receipt of the fixed advance amount and execution of the licence terms and conditions.

Payment Procedure

• The licensee must deposit an amount equal to two years of licence money, including the initial 25% payment, within seven days of the successful bid.
• For the remaining years, the annual licence fee must be paid at the same rate as the first year, one month before the relevant year expires. Payment must be made through a bank pay order or demand draft in the name of the Court of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Tando Muhammad Khan, subject to clearance.
• The committee may, at its sole discretion and for appropriate reasons, extend the deadline for depositing the second year's licence fee. Any extension must not exceed six months.

The committee reserves the right to cancel or reject the entire bidding proceedings or any participant's bid, or modify any terms and conditions, for any reason.

Interested participants should review all settled terms and conditions at the office of the Accountant, District & Sessions Court, Tando Muhammad Khan, and on the notice board before participating. Participants may visit the agricultural land after obtaining permission.

If the highest bidder fails to deposit the required amount, the next highest bidders will receive notice through WhatsApp; a double tick will be deemed service of notice.
