Lahore Development Authority Notice: Duplicate Title Applications and Account Verification — Objections Within 7 Days

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), through the Deputy Director Examination (Housing), notifies the public that original title documents for certain plots are not available in the record and that individuals have applied for preparation of duplicate title deeds. Separately, the LDA Accounts branch is unable to verify payments submitted for listed plots made before 30 June 1989; these cases are being processed under the SOP issued on 30 October 2015.

Any person or organization having an objection to the issuance of duplicate files or to the account verification should submit a written objection to the concerned office within seven (7) days of this notice; no objections or excuses will be accepted after the prescribed period.
