Invitation to Bid: Transportation Services for Insecticidal Treated Nets to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (CMU DMC-079/2026)

The Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund AIDS, TB & Malaria (ATM) grants at the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination invites sealed bids for hiring transportation services for Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under procurement reference CMU DMC-079/2026. Eligible firms must be legally registered in Pakistan, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, active taxpayers of the FBR, and experienced in transportation.

Bidding follows National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage, Two Envelope) under PPRA Rules. Bidding documents are available from www.cmu.gov.pk/tenders (and by request via CMU) from July 11, 2026 until July 25, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 is required (original to accompany technical bid). Submission through the PPRA eProcurement system (https://eprocure.gov.pk) is mandatory; sealed bids must also reach the CMU office by registered courier or hand by July 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM (public opening same day at 11:30 AM).
