Tender: Supply of Skilled O&M Personnel for Jamshoro Thermal Power Station

Jamshoro Power Company Limited invites lump-sum bids from eligible registered firms for hiring a contractor to supply skilled personnel for operation and maintenance (O&M) of: (1) 115 kV sub-station, (2) workshop, (3) water pre-treatment plant, and (4) intake at River Indus TPS, Jamshoro. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board.

Bids are to be submitted electronically through EPAD/EPADS via the PPRA website. Bid security is 5% of the quoted bid and bid validity is 90 days. Bidding follows Single Stage–One Envelope procedure and evaluation will be on a Least Cost Based Selection. JPCL reserves the right to reject bids under Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules-2004.
