National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s power generation operations and overall management in line with its strategic goals.

Term	Performance-based contract for three (03) years; extendable at the discretion of the Board of Directors and subject to applicable laws
Age Limit	Maximum 58 years on the closing date of submission of application
Minimum Experience	Minimum ten (10) years of senior management experience in governance or business administration or finance or commercial or marketing or other relevant fields. Experience in power sector or among commercial entities preferred. Candidates must demonstrate experience in corporate governance, regulatory affairs and stakeholder management.
Minimum Qualification	Graduate degree from a HEC-recognized institution in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration/Finance/Public Administration/Commerce/Marketing; or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council; or equivalent qualification; members of recognized professional accounting bodies also acceptable.
Key Responsibilities	Provide strategic leadership and direction; oversee generation operations and ensure commercial and regulatory compliance. Introduce operational improvements and innovative measures to enhance efficiency. Ensure robust corporate governance, maintain stakeholder and management communication, and deliver performance targets. Manage financial, operational and legal risks; develop and implement business plans aligned with government energy policy and Board directives.
Other Requirements	Must meet Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Strong leadership, team building, change management and communication skills. Selected candidate will be appointed subject to applicable laws and Board approval.
