National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead the Company's power generation operations, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and ensure safe, efficient and regulatory-compliant delivery of its power projects.

| Key responsibilities | Overall management of power generation operations; strategic leadership and direction; implementation of business plan aligned with government policies; stakeholder management; corporate governance; financial, operational and legal risk oversight; HSE and performance delivery. |
| Minimum qualifications | Graduate degree from a university recognized by HEC in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, or equivalent. Professional membership for finance/accounting candidates where applicable. |
| Minimum experience | At least 10 years of demonstrated senior management experience in governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing or relevant fields; experience as CEO or senior management in commercially oriented organisations preferred. |
| Term & remuneration | Performance-based contract for three (03) years, extendable; market-based remuneration and fringe benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience. |
| Age limit | Maximum 58 years on the closing date of submission. |
| Fit & Proper requirement | Applicant must comply with Fit and Proper Criteria under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. |
