Tender: Framework Contract for Medical Insurance Services — Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC)

Issuer: Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC). Purpose: Framework contract for hiring medical insurance services for PMDFC staff for 01 year (extendable).

Submission method: All e-bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) website: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Original printed Bid Security instrument (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Serial Number and Title to the Office of General Manager (F&A), PMDFC before the e-bid submission deadline.

Bidding procedure and conditions: Single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. All required qualification documents, supporting information and the financial proposal must be uploaded/scanned in sequence prescribed for evaluation. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. The procuring authority may reject all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules (e.g., PP Rules 2014 Rule-35). In case the submission deadline falls on a holiday, the next working day will be the last date for submission.
