GCU Faisalabad E-Tender: Supply & Installation of SMD Screens for New Campus Auditorium

Government College University (GCU), Faisalabad invites online bids (e-Tendering, single-stage two-envelope) from reputable firms registered on e-PADS and holding valid PEC licence and required tax/registration documents for the supply and installation of SMD screens at the Quaid-e-Azam Auditorium, New Campus, GCU Faisalabad.

Eligibility & Documents: Firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Authority e-PADS, hold valid PEC licence in the relevant category, be active filers and possess NTN, PRA and Professional Tax Certificate (where applicable). Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions will be available on e-PADS.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be prepared and submitted online through e-PADS as per the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted on e-PADS on or before 2026-06-30 by 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

Bid Security & Hard Copy: Bid security (in specified form such as CDR/PO/Demand Draft) must be uploaded on e-PADS. A hard copy of the bid security must also be submitted to the Project Director, GCU Faisalabad, before the e-bid submission deadline. Failure to submit requested hard copy may render the bid non-responsive.

Procurement Rules & Other Conditions: Procurement will be made under PPRA Punjab Rules. The client (GCU) may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules. Telegraphic/conditional bids will not be accepted. Only technically responsive bidders will be qualified for opening of financial bids.
