Government College University (GCU), Faisalabad invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADs) under applicable PPRA/Provincial Rules for the following works. Bidding documents and requirements will be available on the e-PADs/PPRA websites after publication. Bids must be submitted online through e-PADs only.

Submission & opening: Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted on e-PADs not later than 10:00 AM on the closing date. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the office of the Project Director, New Campus, Government College University, Faisalabad on 23-06-2015 at 11:30 AM. Late or conditional bids and bids submitted other than via e-PADs will not be accepted.
Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
