Tender: Supply of Medicines, Surgical Items, Equipment and Services — DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara (FY 2026-27)

Chief Executive / Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital, Timergara (Dir Lower) invites sealed & e-bids through the EPAD (E-Procurement) system under National Competitive Bidding for the financial year 2026-27 for supply of various medicines, surgical items, equipment, reagents, services and monthly rental shops. Procurement will follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014.

Key instructions:

• Bids must be uploaded on the EPAD portal. A hard copy for record containing the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must reach the Medical Superintendent's office by 11:00 AM on 2026-06-17.
• Electronic bids will be opened on EPAD at 11:30 AM on 2026-06-17 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Packages may follow Single Stage–Two Envelope or Single Stage–One Envelope procedures as specified in tender documents; in two-envelope procedures submit separate "Technical" and "Financial" envelopes as directed.
• Firms must register on EPAD and be registered with KPRA/FBR where applicable. Taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
• Each item/package requires a separate bid. Double quoting for the same item will not be considered. Successful bidders will sign an agreement on judicial stamp paper. The competent authority may reject any or all bids under applicable rules.
