TMA Thall E-Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (Closing 2026-05-24)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMA) Thall. Funded by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, TMA Thall invites e-tenders for supply/fabrication of solid waste machinery. Chassis for the works will be supplied by TMA.

Scope:

Eligibility: Reputed manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sales, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission method and key dates: Bids to be submitted/uploaded through the EPADS portal after registration at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/tt/supplier/registration. E-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-05-24 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids (e-bidding on EPADS) will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later; bidders will be notified by email of the time, date and venue.

Bid security: Original 2% of total bid price as CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Thall" must be sealed in an envelope and reach the procuring office before the closing date and time.

Conditions: All applicable taxes (sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) apply. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late-submitted or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order issuance is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders per KPPRA Rules.
