- Bidding is electronic only via the e-bidding / E-PAD system. Tender documents and terms can be downloaded from the Department and KPPRA websites (www.irrigation.gkp.pk and www.kppra.gkp.pk).

- Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as required.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (call deposit) must be submitted in original in the name of the Executive Engineer, Tubewells Irrigation Division, Peshawar; a scanned copy must be uploaded with the bid.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-23 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Tubewells Irrigation Division, Peshawar.

- Last date and time for submission of e-bids: 2026-06-30 up to 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
