Issuer: Communication & Works Department, C&W Building Division Kohat (Executive Engineer, Building Division Kohat). Electronic bids are invited on EPADS under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (single stage, single envelope) for works under CSK/CSR Funds (ADP 2025-26).
