Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA) – Procurement & Contract Agreement-I. CDA invites electronic bids (Single Stage – Two Envelope) from PEC-registered firms with relevant category and project code for the year 2025-26 for horticulture improvement and rehabilitation works in Islamabad. Electronic Bidding Documents and details are available at eprocure.gov.pk and www.cda.gov.pk.
Key submission requirements: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Procurement & Contract), CDA. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original shall be provided on or before submission. Bids received after the specified deadline will not be entertained.
