PIA Invitation to Bids for Annual Procurement — Multiple Items (Closing 2026-07-01)

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites sealed bids on a Single Stage TWO SEALED ENVELOPE basis for annual procurement of multiple items. Bidders must register and submit electronic bids through the E-PADS V2.0 PPR web portal. Original bid security / earnest money instrument must be attached with the Technical Proposal and a copy uploaded on EPADS before tender closing date & time.

Key submission details: Electronic submission ONLY via E-PADS V2.0 PPR portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents are available free on PIA procurement page (https://www.piac.com.pk/corporate/sales-procurement/tenders) and on the E-PADS portal. Manual/physical bid submission is not allowed. Bids will be opened on the closing date at 11:00 Hours PST.
