District Council Mandi Bahauddin Pre-Qualification Notice – New Bus Stand Mandi Bahauddin (Phase-III)

Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin invites pre-qualification applications from well-reputed, financially sound and experienced contractors/firms registered on the Punjab e-procurement (E-PADs) system for the year 2025-26 for the listed development scheme(s).

Key submission and participation details are given below. Download full pre-qualification documents and submit applications only via the Punjab e-procure portal.

How to apply: Pre-qualification documents are available free of cost on https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Applications must be prepared following the instructions in the pre-qualification documents and uploaded through the E-PADs/e-procure portal.

Deadline & opening: Applications must be submitted through E-PADs by or before 2026-07-08 at 12:00 PM (PST). Applications will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM (PST) via E-PADs in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Financial/security requirements: Bidders must upload required information, credentials and certificates as specified in the pre-qualification documents. Earnest money in the form and amount specified in the pre-qualification documents/portal (as a CDR in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin) must be provided.
