Notice Inviting Tenders — Uplifting / Beautification & Street Works, Tehsil Kabal, District Swat (ePADS)

Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Kabal, District Swat invites sealed tenders through the ePADS portal for multiple uplifting / beautification and street works under ADP for the financial year 2026-27. Single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Only contractors enlisted with C&W Department and on the government contractors register (as per Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) are eligible.

Documents must be downloaded from the ePADS website (www.epads.gkp.pk) and KP-PPRA website. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be furnished (as CDR) in favour of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Tehsil Kabal, District Swat. Original documents and required hard copies must be delivered to the office before bid opening. Bidders must be registered on ePADS and meet KPRA / tax requirements.

Key submission & opening deadline (all listed lots): Submission deadline: 2026-06-30 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid opening: 2026-06-30 at 12:00 PM.
