TMA Domel E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (EPADS)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Domel (Tehsil Municipal Administration Domel). Purpose: fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery under single-stage two-envelope method (KPPRA Rules 2014).

Eligibility and requirements: bidders must be reputable manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration, and facility for sale, service & spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA.

Submission and bidding process: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS (registration link provided: http://kp.corscure.gov.pk/W/supplier/registration). Method: single-stage, two-envelope (technical and financial). The technical bid on EPADS will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.

Deadline and opening: E-bids must be uploaded on or before 2026-07-02 until 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.

Financial and contractual conditions: original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price must be submitted as a CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Domel" and sealed in an envelope. All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order issuance is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
