Tender: Procurement of Goods & Services – Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad FY 2026-27

- Submission: Bids must be uploaded on ePADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Uploaded copies of undertakings on judicial paper and Pay Order / CDR should accompany e-bids. Original judicial papers and original Pay Order / CDR must be submitted to the hospital before or on the date/time of opening.

- Deadline and Opening: Bids must be submitted via ePADS by 2026-07-07; e-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained.

- Documents & Tender Details: Complete bidding documents, detailed terms, conditions, specifications and procurement requirements are available on ePADS and the hospital procurement office as per instructions in the bidding documents.

- Other: The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules, 2004.
