RFP (EPAD) – Construction Supervision of Balance Work for ADP Bridge Scheme (Lot-1) by PKHA, Peshawar

PKHA invites Technical and Financial Proposals via the EPAD System for engagement of shortlisted consultant firms (list published by PKHA) for construction supervision of balance works under ADP Scheme No. 1464/190556 (2025-26) — Feasibility/Design & Reconstruction of Bridges, Lot No. 1.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Submit Technical and Financial Proposals through the EPAD System (https://kp.ecp.gopk.pk) by the closing deadline.
• Submission deadline: 2026-07-07 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
• Firms must hold valid PEC registration in relevant codes and be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) as applicable.
• Selection method: Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) as specified in the RFP/TOR documents.
• RFP/TOR documents are available on the PKHA website and via the EPAD System.
• A non-refundable entry fee in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 5,000 in favor of the Managing Director, PKHA, must reach the PKHA office before the closing date and time.
• Successful bidders will be liable for all applicable taxes and statutory levies at prevailing rates.
