Pakistan Railways (Headquarter Office, Lahore) invites applications from qualified, experienced Pakistani nationals on a contract basis for appointment in the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) – ML-1 under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor Support Project (CPECSP).

| Minimum Qualification | Master's degree (minimum 16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA (ICMA) or CPA preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and loan disbursement, including at least 5 years on ADB, World Bank, AIIB, IsDB or other MDB-funded projects. Practical experience required in Withdrawal Applications, Designated/Advance Accounts, Direct Payments, Reimbursements, IUFRs/APFS, financial planning, donor compliance and use of relevant guidelines and systems (ADB Loan Disbursement Handbook, ADB Financial Management Guidelines, Government Financial Rules, PSDP procedures, PIFRA/SAP, IPSAS/IFRS, ERP-based systems, advanced MS Excel modelling). Experience with large infrastructure, railway, transport or CPEC projects is an advantage. |

| Contract & Pay | One (01) year contract, extendable subject to performance and project requirements. Pay package per Project Pay Scale Policy (PPS-11). |
