NHA Re-Invitation of e-Bids — Security Jammers for Hazara Motorway (E-35) Tunnel Sections

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Northern Areas Region — Abbottabad. NHA re-invites e-bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration Category C-4 or above with specialization EE-02.

Purpose: Provision of security jammers on Hazara Motorway — CPEC HT Section of E-35 (both sides of the tunnels). Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope method on NHA's e-Bidding System.

Key dates and submission details:

- Bidding documents available for download from: 2026-08-18 (free of cost) via NHA website and e-bidding portal.
- E-bids must be uploaded on NHA e-bidding portal before 12:00 (noon) on 2026-08-25.
- Hard copy of the bid must be submitted to the office address before 14:00 on 2026-08-25.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-08-25 at 12:00 on the same day.

Other requirements and instructions:

- Firms must follow the schedule and any addenda posted on the NHA website.
- All firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration as required for participation.
- The work will be procured through the NHA e-Bidding System.
