Tender: Construction of Solar-Based Drinking Water Supply Schemes (20 Nos. each) in South Waziristan Lower

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, District South Waziristan Lower invites sealed tenders (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) for construction of solar-based DWSS packages under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives (MRS-2025 & Non-MRS items).

Eligibility & requirements: Registered contractors with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) enlisted under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible. Bidders must submit technical proposals and financial bids as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid in the prescribed form.

How to obtain and submit documents: Tender documents and bidding instructions can be downloaded from the electronic procurement portals (eprocure/ePADS) and KPPRA website. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the EPADS/e-procurement system; tender opening of financial bids will be communicated after technical evaluation.

Important notes: Sealed hard copies as required by the bidding procedure and original documents (where requested) must be presented as per the tender terms. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
