Tender Notice — Multiple Supply & Shop Contracts for 2026-27 | Abbottabad Public School

Abbottabad Public School (Main Mansehra Road, Abbottabad) invites sealed bids from reputed firms/individuals registered for GST and Income Tax with FBR (and KPRA where applicable) for multiple service, supply and shop contracts for the year 2026-2027. Bidders with a Point of Sale (POS) system will be given preference. Procurement will follow a single-stage, one-envelope procedure.

Important procurement details

- Bid documents available from the Admin Block of Abbottabad Public School during office hours up to 2026-06-26 on payment of Rs. 2,000 per contract (non-refundable).

- A CDR/Bid Security is required as mentioned in the bidding documents; CDR must be in favour of the Principal, Abbottabad Public School.

- Tender/Bids must reach the Principal's office by 10:00 AM on 2026-06-27. Late bids will be treated as non-responsive.

- Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on 2026-06-27 at the Principal Office, Abbottabad Public School, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

- A pre-bid meeting for interested bidders will be held on 2026-06-25 at 11:00 AM in the Admin Block of Abbottabad Public School.

- Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, KPRA Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax, Stamp duty & DPR etc.). Negotiations on quoted rates are not allowed under the rules. All awarded rates will be applicable until 2027-06-30.

- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPR rules.
