E-Auction: Billboard/Hoarding Site at Rumi Park (Facing TM Chowk) — Rawalpindi Cantt

Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites electronic bids through the E-Pad Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) V2.0 for the e-auction of a billboard/hoarding site at Rumi Park (facing TM Chowk) for a three-year term. Registration on EPADS V2.0 is mandatory before participation.

Key dates: Auction open until 2026-06-29 at 02:00 PM; bids will be opened/evaluated on the same day at 03:30 PM. Contract period: 2026-07-14 to 2029-07-13 (three years).

How to apply / bid: Register and submit bids electronically only via EPADS V2.0 (no manual, physical or hardcopy bids accepted). Registration link (as published): https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register. The E-Auction Notice is also available on PPRA and EPADS portals.

Financial & security requirements: Bid security of 5% of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt must be submitted and reach the office before bid closing. Successful bidder must deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after acceptance. The approved bidder will deposit the first monthly installment within seven (7) days after approval. Annual escalation: 10% compound increase for the 2nd and 3rd years.

Other terms: Possession will be handed after contract agreement. RCB will not be responsible for delays. Income tax and other applicable government charges will apply.
