Public Notice: Mutation of Occupancy Rights for House No. 65/1-A, Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi Cantt

The Military Estates Officer, Rawalpindi Circle, gives notice that House No. 65/1-A (1,476.45 sq. ft.), survey No. 360/5, Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi Cantt, held on old-grant terms and conditions in the name of Mr. Kamal Ahmed Shah & others, is affected by the death of Mr. Kamal Ahmed Shah (died 02-06-2005). The office intends to transfer/mutate the undivided shares of the late Mr. Kamal Ahmed Shah in the occupancy rights to the declared legal heirs.

The legal heirs named are Syed Ghulam Mustafa (son); Syed Ghulam Murtaza Shah (deceased son) through his legal heirs; Nadia Nazir (widow); Syeda Noor Fatima (daughter); Syed Aimen Jabeen (daughter); Syed Fizza Fatima (daughter); and Syed Sobia Kamal (daughter). Any person having objection must file it within 15 days from the date of publication, after which the shares will be mutated in favor of the above claimants.
