| Assistant Manager – Finance (Business Control) | Bachelor's degree (Honors) or Master's with Finance/Accounting, CIMA/ACCA/CA (finalists/part qualified preferred). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting and reporting in reputed organisations. Preference for candidates with exposure to financial control functions. |
| Assistant Manager – Finance (Government Relations) | Bachelor's (Honors) or Master's with Finance/Accounting; ACCA/CIMA/CA part-qualified or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting & reporting; knowledge of government processes and liaison experience (e.g., PD/P Department, AG Audit, Treasury Office) preferred. |
| Assistant Manager – Business Development | Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, donor relations or program development. Experience in proposal development and stakeholder engagement preferred. |
| Specialist – Digital Program | Bachelor's (Honors) or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences or related field. 3+ years of experience in program management or digital program execution; experience in program management/program execution/design will be preferred. |
| Specialist – Program Design | Bachelor's (Honors) or Master's degree with Public Policy, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program design, development or similar roles. Experience in monitoring & evaluation or curriculum/design preferred. |
