Tender Notice: Annual Repairs, Maintenance & Related Services — Ministry of Climate Change, Islamabad

Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination (LG&R D Complex, G-5/2, Islamabad) invites sealed technical bids from firms with established state-of-the-art workshops/offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, equipped with skilled manpower for purchase, repair, and maintenance services for financial year 2026-27.

Submission & Deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and may also be dropped in the Tender Box. Deadline for upload/drop is 2026-06-30 by 11:30 AM. A hard copy must also be provided to the undersigned/DDO on or before the bid closing date and time.

Opening: Bids will be opened on 2026-06-30 at 12:30 PM in the Committee Room, 3rd Floor, Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, LG&R&D Complex Building, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Procedure & Conditions: Procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rules using Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Bids/proposals are to be submitted electronically through EPADS; one hard copy must also be submitted. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 must accompany the hard copy. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2004.
