Public Notice: Special Revision (Re-writing) of Record of Rights – Deh Takro Hashim, Taluka Keti Bandar, District Thatta

Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Keti Bandar and Board of Revenue Sindh announce a special revision (re-writing) and digitization of the Record of Rights for Deh Takro Hashim, Taluka Keti Bandar, District Thatta. The revision is authorized under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967 and was ordered by the Board of Revenue Sindh (order dated February 28, 2025). The exercise aims to ensure accuracy, integrity and standardization of land records and to simplify their management through computer technology.

Anyone having objections regarding ownership, survey number, area or any other matter related to the listed record must file their objection within 15 days at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Ghorabari. Records rectified under this order will be authenticated by the Mukhtiarkar and the concerned Assistant Collector of the First Grade in accordance with Sections 11, 12 and 13 of Section 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967.
