Town Committee Kashmore Auction: Lease of Cattle Piri Fee for FY 2026-27

Town Committee Kashmore (District Kashmore & Kandhkot) invites interested bidders to an open auction for lease of collection rights of specified taxes/fees for the financial year 2026-2027 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027). The first auction attempt will be held on 2026-06-16 at 12:00 PM at the Town Committee Kashmore office; the second attempt will be held on 2026-06-18 at 12:00 PM. Notice dated 2026-06-08. Key conditions and actions required:

1. Defaulters of Town Committee Kashmore or their relatives are not eligible to participate.

2. Bidders must produce a no-dues certificate from the concerned Town Committee at the time of auction. On award, the contractor will pay two advance installments to Town Committee Kashmore in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order.

3. A 10% earnest money / security deposit of the financial bid must be submitted at auction in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order (with two photocopies) in favour of Town Committee Kashmore, together with a copy of the bidder's CNIC. No one without these documents will be allowed to participate. Unsuccessful bidders will have their demand draft / pay order refunded after proceedings conclude.

4. Interested contractors must bring a Bank Guarantee on the official bid for each contract for year 2026-2027 and attested copies of company/firm registration, CNIC copy, NTN (FBR) copy, and SRB certificate. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

5. The awarding authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.

6. The contract covers the full financial year from 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30 regardless of the date of possession; bidders remain responsible for departmental recoveries affected by Town Committee Kashmore.

7. Detailed terms, conditions and the schedule of rates are available for review at the Town Committee Kashmore office during office hours on working days.

8. If an item cannot be auctioned in the 1st and 2nd attempts, a further attempt will be held on 2026-06-22 at 12:00 PM at the same place and time.
