Auction: Running Canteen at Punjab International Swimming Complex, Lahore

Issuer: Sports Board Punjab (National Hockey Stadium, Lahore). Purpose: Open auction for the running of a canteen at Punjab International Swimming Complex, Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Lahore.

Eligibility & Participation: Contractors, firms or companies registered with FBR (active filers) may submit sealed tenders. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

Bid Security: Rs. 241,344 (10% of the per annum estimate/reserve price) in the form of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable in the name of Director General Sports & Youth Affairs / Secretary Sports Board Punjab.

Document Access & Submission: Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Sports Board Punjab website or obtained from the Office of Assistant Director (Admin), Sports Board Punjab. Submit filled bidding documents by hand (sealed) before the deadline.

Deadline & Opening: Submit by 2026-08-10 (Monday) at 11:45 AM. Financial proposals received by the deadline will be opened the same day, 2026-08-10 (Monday) at 12:15 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
