Important terms & conditions
- Only approved government contractors/firms may apply. Earnest money (call deposit) as listed above must be attached with the tender in the form of demand draft/pay order in the name of DDO Commissioner Baltistan Division from any scheduled bank.
- Tender documents with incomplete supporting documents will not be accepted. Bidders must provide an affidavit on stamp paper (Rs.100) stating they have never been blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government organization.
- The winning firm/contractor will be bound to supply items to the Commissioner Office up to 30-06-2026 as stated in the notice. The name/category must be clearly written on the sealed envelope. The Commissioner’s Office reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with applicable rules.
